It did arrive, just this morning. That was faster then what I expected and I thank you again for witting his name on the box instead of mine. It was nice to fool/surprise him. He loves it, it was just what he wanted. You advertisement for it was honest and you kept it in such excellent condition, not to mention that you packed it right so there wouldn't be any damages. We could be happier with the purchase or the little name change bit you did on request. Truthfully I am surprised that you kept me so well informed about everything, you are the first individual to do so. I left feedback already, but had no room to say thank you in there and I was about ready to leave you a message when this email popped up. Hi! I received the Cybertronian guide in great condition. I was worried it was ruined when I saw that the mail man jammed it into my mail box, despite your rigid reinforcement. I would advise to put "Do Not Bend" on some of these items. But your packaging still did the trick!
